By signing below you acknowledge that you agree to the following:

1. We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy:. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled walk you will be responsible for paying for the whole cost of the walk.

2. All of the information you have provided to Tiny & Friend Pet Care is accurate. You will update us if there are any changes to your dog’s behavior, health, medications, physical limitations, or veterinarian information or treatment recommendations. Ultimately, you are responsible for determining whether dog camp is appropriate for your dog, and you are responsible for injuries caused by undisclosed medical conditions or behavioral concerns.

3. Tiny & Friend Pet Care personnel may enter your home for the purpose of picking up/returning your dog and to transport your dog by car.

4. You understand that this is a group program and your dog is going to come into contact with other dogs. You understand that given the sometimes unpredictable nature of dogs, an interaction could occur between animals at dog camp, which could result in injury to your dog or by your dog to another dog or another person, and you assume responsibility for any such injury. If your pet becomes injured or ill, you authorize Tiny & Friend Pet Care to take your pet to the nearest animal care facility and you agree to pay all charges incurred as a result of injury or illness.

5. You certify that any dog you own that will be participating in our program is not this awesome experience but must do what’s best for the pack and the safety of the public.
