By signing this Agreement, the Owner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled walk. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk will be charged the full cost of the walk.
2. Accurate Information and Updates
The Owner certifies that all information provided to the Service Provider is accurate and complete. The Owner agrees to notify us of any changes to their dog’s behavior, health, medications, physical limitations, veterinarian information, or veterinary treatment recommendations.
The Owner is responsible for determining whether dog camp is appropriate for their dog and for injuries caused by undisclosed medical conditions or behavioral concerns.
3. Home Access and Transportation
The Owner authorizes the Service Provider’s personnel to enter their home to pick up and return their dog and to transport their dog by car.
4. Group Participation and Emergency Care
The Owner understands that dog camp is a group program and that their dog will interact with other dogs. Because dogs can behave unpredictably, these interactions may result in injury to the Owner’s dog, another dog, or another person. The Owner assumes responsibility for such injuries.
If the Owner’s dog becomes injured or ill, the Owner authorizes the Service Provider to transport the dog to the nearest animal care facility and agrees to pay all resulting charges.
5. Behavior Requirements
The Owner certifies that any dog participating in the program is not aggressive toward other dogs or people.
6. Voluntary Participation
The Owner confirms that their dog’s participation in dog camp activities is voluntary and that the Owner is at least 18 years old.
7. Required Equipment and Health Standards
The following requirements must be met for every scheduled walk:
A properly fitted martingale collar.
An identification tag displaying the Owner’s name and phone number.
An identification tag displaying the Service Provider’s contact name and business phone number.
