1. “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” Agrees to provide pet sitting dog walking and other applicable pet services in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner in consideration of services and as an Express condition thereof the client waives and releases “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” from any and all claims against the company Except those are rising from willful misconduct or negligence on behalf of “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” 1a. We endeavor to pick your dog up for their walk/drop in visit/dog camp or overnight boarding at your preferred time, if this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather and behavior of the previous dog(s) walk. We will be with your dog to start their service within a one-hour window before and after your preferred walk time. For example: preferred time: 12:00pm, arrival time: between 11:00am-1:00pm

2. For the safety of everyone, we require that all dogs must be up to date on flea and tick treatments. 2a. Client must show proof that pet(s) are currently vaccinated in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. 3. To schedule a walk we require a minimum of a 24 hour notice to accommodate your preferred time slot. For Dog camp we require a monthly schedule to make sure all dogs have a proper introduction and training on a regular basis when at camp. 4a. Client agrees to notify “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” of any concerns within 24 hours of completion of services 4b. If you fail to notify us that you no longer need our services prior to arriving at your property you will be charged in full. 4. Cancellations that are less than 24 hours before scheduled service will be charged in full unless you are a daily (5 days a week or more) walker or per discussed. 5. Payment is due Prior to or at the time of service an invoice will be sent prior to service and additional fees (ie bathing, destruction of property, etc) or Services after visit will be recorded and billed within 1-4 business days. 6. “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” shall exercise all precautions against sickness, injury, Escape, loss, accident or death of client’s pet(s) unless caused through negligence or willful misconduct on the part of “Tiny and Friends Pet Care”. 7. Our dog camp services run in 4 hour increments starting at 11:00am to 3:00 pm (not including drop off or pick up time due to possible traffic or other necessary stops such as potty breaks or introductions) charged at $45. This includes pick up and drop off, pack walks, quality time, brain games, swimming, pack mentality training, shade, water and treats. 8. Our overnight boarding services runs for 24 hours charged at $75 which includes serving each of their meals at their usual time, walks, play dates and big outtings(if allowed) and quality time with trusted care taker 9. I will send a text and picture to update you of the time of my arrival and a report of your pups behavior, activities and bowel movements to mark the end of service. 10. Group walks and solo walks consist of the following: pick up at your home, half of the allocated walk time will be designated to practicing leash manners and the other half of the allocated time will be spent socializing and exercising, drop off and renew their water bowl if needed. We also make use of toys and treats during all walking sessions if pet parent allows it. All walks can be accommodated 11. “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if the Pet Sitter with our discretion determines that the client’s pet(s) poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, Other pets, other people or the Pet Sitter. If concerns prohibit The Pet Sitter from caring for the pet, “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” will attempt to contact the Client to arrange Alternative Care. If the Client cannot be contacted, the Client authorizes “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” to place the pet in a licensed kennel all charges and fees arising to be the responsibility of the Client. 12. Client gives “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” the authority to employ a locksmith on their behalf to promptly reimburse “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” for all costs incurred in the event of a malfunction of the lock, keys or automatic door opener. 13. Client agrees to properly secure the home prior to leaving the premises. “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” re- secure the home to the best of its ability at the end of each visit. 14. In the case of an emergency, inclement weather, or natural disaster the client authorizes “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” to use reasonable judgment for the care and wellbeing of the pet(s) and residence. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service during these conditions but reserve the right to adjust the schedule of service based on the sole discretion of the pet sitter 15. Any damage made to the person of the caretaker with “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” or the belongings of the caretaker will be charged with an additional $15 16. If dog is excessively barking, scratching, chewing or acting aggressive during any of our services an additional $15 will be charged. We try our best to provide picture proof however we do not guarantee it can be provided in instances concerning other dogs as “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” we pride ourselves in providing our full attention to our “friends” 17. We offer to bathe your dog for an additional $35 after play time, or can take time from their walk free of charge. 18. Care of cats and reptiles or small animals are at our discretion. 19. Client is responsible for providing necessary equipment and supplies needed for the care of the pet(s)including but not limited to: sturdy, well fit collar/ harness and leash, pet food, medication and pet ID tags, litter box and cleaning supplies. (we are not a cleaning service but we will do our best to leave the home as it was or better in the case of a house sit) 20. Client authorizes the use of pet pictures on social media and or marketing material. 21. Client authorizes this contract to be valid approval of services so as to permit “Tiny and Friends Pet Care” to accept all future in person, telephone, online, mail or email reservations and provide service without additional signed contracts this applied to new pets as well. DOG CAMP SECTION Numbers 1-22 still apply to this section of agreement

22. I agree to allow my future camper/current camper to participate in the introduction to camp. These sessions will prepare your future camper to know the expectations for a full day of camp/introducing our current campers to new friends and practicing camp manners. These sessions will take place during camp hours and will last from 35minutes45 minutes. All future campers have already been screened to pass the safety requirements for joining camp. Future camper will be introduced to their camp mates and go for a 5-10 minutes walk with each current camper. During this time each current camper will be safely in my dog safe air conditioned vehicle. This time will also be used for a potty break/water break if needed. 2- 4 introduction sessions may be required at Tiny & Friends’ discretion before coming to camp for a full day. 23.Dog camp: Our dogs head to the beach, different “snifspots”, or dog friendly parks for awesome experiences! Each adventure has a good balance of fun, freedom, relaxation and rules all under the guidance of a knowledgeable dog trainer. At “Tiny and Friends” we support every dog with their individual needs. Small well matched groups groups means your dog gets all the attention they deserve. Loads of positive reinforcement, treats, and praise are used throughout the day. This service includes pick up and drop off in the dania beach area. Adventures go for 2.5-4 hrs and up depending on what the weather is like and the mood of the pack. 24. If feeding is required after camp it is +$3 25.
