This agreement is between [Client’s Name] (referred to as “Client”) and Vanessa Herrera, acting as an agent for Tiny and Friends Dog Training and Boarding Services, LLC (referred to as “Trainer”).

Payment: Payment is due in full by the first or second lesson unless a payment plan is arranged. Services: Trainer will provide private lessons to teach Client how to train their dog(s) at either the Client’s home, Trainer’s facility, or Trainer’s home. While Trainer will make every effort to help Client achieve training goals, no guarantees on behavior or performance are made. Client must follow all instructions and consistently reinforce training for success. Cancellation Policy: • Lesson Packages Expiry: • Well-Mannered Dog Program: 8 months • Creating Calmness Program: 5 months • Reliable Recall: 1 month

• Perfect Pet Program: 10 months

• If Client fails to schedule lessons for 4+ weeks, unlimited lessons are void, and additional lessons are $100/hr.

• No refunds or exchanges. Last-minute cancellations without a valid excuse result in forfeiture of the lesson.

• Board & Train requires a non-refundable deposit, and no reimbursement is provided if canceled. Extra boarding days incur a $60/day fee.

Health & Medical: Client must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations or a Vaccine Antibody Titer Test and ensure their dog(s) is free of fleas, ticks, and parasites. If urgent veterinary care is needed, Trainer will take the dog(s) to a local clinic, and Client is responsible for all related expenses.
